BAYER (1994) Actualities: 21st World Conference. LIMOSA 67 (2): 82-82.

From August 12 to 18 in Rosenheim, at the foot of the Alps in Bavaria, the 21 st World Conference on Birdlife International held. In this organization, the former International Council for Bird Preservation (ICBP), bird protection organizations are more than 100 countries united. The conference's theme Global Partnership for Bird Preservation. The program are o.a. symposiums, lectures and discussions on birds in Germany, challenges and possibilities 82 ties in Central and Eastern Europe, birds and biodiversity, birds and agriculture. On August 15 may be chosen from five trips. There is also a possibility to participate in a two-day birding excursion with final destination the intemational Omithologische Congress in Vienna (20-25 August). ret fee for the conference is
