WIJS WJR DE (1981) Uria aalge hyperborea in the Netherlands?. LIMOSA 54 (2): 63-64.

Doubt has arisen about the identification of two specimens of the northern race of the Guillemot Uria aalge hyperborea found in the Netherlands. One is a rather large individual showing characters of albionis or aalge and the other has probably a rather northerly Norwegian origin. The problems of assigning the populations of northern Norway either to nominate aalge or to hyperborea are mentioned.
