G. van Marle: honorary member of the Dutch Bird Club Ornithologists With the award of an honorary member of the department 'Club Dutch ornithologist to Mr. JG van Marle on 23 November 1975 in Amsterdam, a man honored, preferably in the background has decided to stay, but that nevertheless the development of ornithology in the Netherlands has played an important role.
