Barn Owl Tyto alba Two cases of cannibalism of the Barn Owl Tyto alba (Scopoli) have been described. In the first case the rests of a young Barn Owl were found under the roostingplace of the male. In the second case the skull, some bones and feathers of a young were found in a pellet.
