Little Gull Hydrocoloeus minutus = Larus minutus In 1972 two pairs of the Little Gull were breeding in the polder Ooste1ijk Flevoland. The nests were lying dry on a bottom of sand. Between the two nests was a distance of 2 m. Black-headed Gillis and Common Terns were breeding in the neighbourhood of the Little GillIs. Since 1956 there were no breeding-cases of the Little Gull in the Netherlands.
