On July 13nd, 1971 there was a breeding-case of the Siskin in Naarden, Province of Noord-Holland on a tree nursery in the surroundings of the nature reserve the Naardermeer. The nest was build in a Gammacyprus Gammacyprus lawsonia sterwartii Eurasian Siskin Carduelis spinus
