BARON VAN LYNDEN AJH & BRAAKSMA S (1963) Short announcements: A find of the Great Bustard. LIMOSA 36 (3): 180-181.

On March 4th, 1963 a wounded specimen of the Great Bustard was found near Great Bustard Otis tarda De Meern, Provincie of Utrecht. About half a month earlier two groups of this species, respectively of 14 and 12 specimens, stayed for some days in Belgium (See: Royal Saint Hubert Club de Belgique, March 1963, p. 30, 33 and XII).
