Broad-billed Sandpiper Limicola falcinellus On August 17th, 1961 a specimen of the Broad-billed Sandpiper was seen in the island of Goeree, Province of Southern Holland. Before 1961 only one sight-record and nine non-confirmed observations for this century and two finds for the previous century were known.
