On July 16th, 1959 a Rose-coloured Starling was seen on the isle of Schouwen, Province of Zeeland. Till now 9 records of birds that were preserved, of which two in this century, and 5 (partly incertain7) records of only observed birds were known. Rose-coloured Starling Sturnus roseus = Pastor roseus
