Western Bonelli's Warbler Phylloscopus bonelli A specimen of Bonelli's Warbler was observed near The Hague from May 18th up to and including May 31st, 1958. The most striking field-characters are the white under-parts, the creamy-white eye-stripe, the yellowish-green patch on the rump and the song, a Lesser Whitethroat-like rattle, however, with ee? note. The can is a whistling peweeoo. Song and other sounds have been tape-recorded. This is the first record of this species in the Netherlands
