Strange death of a Buzzard Buteo buteo On March 18, 1958 by Mrs. Van Rhijn in Dibbits Kloosterbos in Houthem (L.), a dead buzzard found. The bird, by mediation of Mr P. A. HENS at the Zoo Logical Museum was ceded, was thin and weighed about 550 grams. Since the bird poisoning feared, was sent the body for examination at the State Serum Equipment to Rotterdam.
