REMEEUS A, KAMPF R & KAMPF-REKELHOF CCM (1979) Short announcements: Record of a partly leucistic family Red-backed Shrike Lanius col/urio near Wassenaar in 1977. LIMOSA 52 (1): 75-76.

On 7 August 1977 a family Red-backed Shrike Lanius collurio, consisting of two leucistic specimens (probably one juvenile and one adult 0'), two partly leucistic specimens (probably juve-niles), and probably one normal juvenile and one normal, adult ?, was observed in the dunes near Wassenaar (ZH). On 8 August only the four juveniles were observed; the leucistic one was photographed. The family was observed not far from the place where also in 1976.a leucistic Red-backed Shrike was seen..
